How to buy?

We currently do not operate any stores on shopping platforms. For the past decade and more, we have been engaged in traditional wholesale and retail trade. We believe that traditional trade offers greater professionalism and efficiency. It is also more conducive to building long-term, stable relationships with our clients. Face-to-face communication allows us to better understand customer needs and provide services that are closely aligned with market demand. Most importantly, traditional trade carries a sense of formality and ceremony.

After confirming the purchase, you will need to provide us with a detailed list of the required items, clearly stating the names and quantities. You will also need to provide the complete shipping address, including the city name and postal code, so that we can send the pro forma invoice to your email. The invoice will include all payment details, and you may settle it via bank transfer, credit card, or Western Union. This is a necessary procedure.

We prefer that you make payment by bank transfer to our account at JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A., Hong Kong Branch, as this is a formal business transaction method, which is very safe and efficient.

Payment Methods and Fees:

1. Bank Transfer

  • The bank transfer fee is usually fixed at USD 5-30, regardless of the total payment amount.
  • Example: If the order total including freight is USD 1000, you will pay USD 1000+5~30 (1000 + 5~30), and we will receive USD 1000 in full.
  • If the order total is USD 3000, you still only need to pay an extra USD5~30fee, making the total USD 3000+5~30, which is more cost-effective.

2. Credit/Debit Card

  • Credit card payments will incur a 3% service fee.
  • Example: If the order total is USD 2000, you will pay USD 2060, with about USD 60 being the fee.
  • We will generate a payment link via payoneer.com . and you can complete the payment easily through your mobile phone or computer.
  • For payments above USD 2000, it is recommended to use bank transfer as it is more economical.
  • When paying by credit card, you must provide the correct cardholder name that matches the credit card account. If a family member or friend pays on your behalf, the name must also match the card used. Regardless of their location, anyone can make the payment for you. This method allows payments of up to USD 10,000.

We maintain local bank accounts in most countries around the world, so there is no need for long waits. In many cases, we are able to confirm receipt of funds within as little as one minute.

Upon receipt of payment, we will immediately begin preparing your goods. Your order will be shipped within 3 working days. Delivery may be made by air or sea, depending on the specific circumstances. Delivery time varies by country, ranging from 3 to 15 days.

Once this stage is completed, you simply need to wait patiently for your goods to arrive.
