Konica KM512i LNB 30PL Printhead
The KM512i LNB 30PL is an original Konica Minolta printhead. It’s a shear-mode, piezo on-demand type that runs in binary mode only. It belongs to the KM512i series — a newer, higher-performance platform that’s quite different from the older KM512 series. Thanks to its independent drive design, it can fire all nozzles at once, so it’s noticeably faster than the old KM512 and helps the whole machine run more productively.

It has 512 nozzles (two rows of 256), a native resolution of 360 dpi, a 30-picoliter drop size, a 72.2 mm print width, and a max firing frequency of 30.4 kHz. It works with solvent inks, doesn’t have a built-in heater, and comes with the waveform info you need to set it up on your printer.
With its larger 30 pl drops and steady high-speed jetting, this head is a great fit for high-ink-coverage, high-speed industrial jobs — think wide-format graphics, industrial labeling, and ceramic printing. It also supports multi-head setups (2, 4, 6, or more heads). You’ll find it used in a lot of industrial printers, like the Allwin C8-512i Plus / C4-512i, MeiTu MT-KN3208CI / MT-KN3204CI, and Sinocolor KM-3204H / KM-3208H.
