Part 1000012567 (ASSY,PULLEY DRIVE GS-24) is the drive pulley assembly on the right-hand side of the Roland CAMM-1 GS-24, and it also fits the GS2-24. It is the driven end of the carriage belt and works together with the idle pulley at the opposite side. This is a genuine, original Roland part – not a copy or compatible replacement.
If the pulley teeth wear or the assembly develops play, the belt can no longer be driven precisely. The usual consequences are a belt that slips or jumps a tooth, a ticking noise during fast moves, shapes that are shifted or slightly distorted in the carriage direction, corners that do not close and position errors on long jobs.
