Roland W700293019 (ASSY,PANEL BOARD GX-500) is the operation panel board of the CAMM-1 GX series cutting plotters. It is shared by the GX-500, GX-640, GX-400 and GX-300 and carries the keys and display circuitry on the front of the machine. This is a genuine, original Roland part – not a copy or compatible replacement.
On heavily used cutters the panel board is exposed to constant key presses, dust and the occasional knock. When it starts to fail, you may notice keys that need several presses, settings that cannot be changed, a display that stays blank or shows broken characters, or a cutter that powers up but cannot be operated from the panel. A new panel board restores normal control without having to touch the main board.
