Roland's ZEC-U3100 is a cutting blade for demanding, thick materials. Sign makers and stone or glass engravers use it to cut cardboard, thick sandblast mask and similar media on the VersaCAMM VS-640i, VS-540i and VS-300i, and on the GR2-640 and GR2-540 cutting plotters. This is a genuine, original Roland part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

When a regular blade is pushed through heavy material it wears quickly, drags in tight curves and fails to cut through completely, which makes weeding slow and wastes expensive stencil film. A dedicated thick-media blade gives you more consistent penetration. Remember that the blade offset setting directly affects the shape of corners, so adjust the offset for this blade and confirm the result with a test cut before running a full job.
