Hi, I’m Ewan.

I run Ewan Yu Chi Shing Printing Equipment Co., Ltd. — or just EYCS Printing. We supply printheads and spare parts for wide-format printers to customers all over the world.

We started out doing machine repair and technical support in the domestic market. Over time, customers started asking for parts, then more customers, then overseas ones. That’s how we got here.

Every order is handled directly by me. I take that seriously.

Real talk

We also carry some products made in China. I want to be upfront about that. There are parts in this industry with unstable quality — that’s real, and I won’t pretend otherwise.

But not everything from China is bad. With my experience, I’ll tell you honestly which parts are safe to use as reliable alternatives, and which printheads genuinely need to be original units. I will only recommend products I truly believe in. I won’t risk my reputation on anything less.

When it comes to Made in China products, whether it is complete machines or spare parts, everything listed on my website for sale comes from mature, established factories that have stood the test of time, and represents a highly recognized, reputable choice among countless peers in the Chinese signage industry. I will never sell any product on my website that has not been time-tested. Trust Ewan; trust Ewan’s strict and rigorous quality control.

Regarding original Japanese products, the standard is exactly the same. For all products promised to be original, we guarantee a ten-fold penalty if found fake, and all supply sources come from top-tier distributors and suppliers in China or Japan. Even if we sometimes have to bear the high premiums of upstream suppliers, we will still choose the most excellent suppliers
