Mimaki E107338 Overview
The Mimaki E107338 is the UV lamp driver board used in the JFX200-2513 and JFX500-2131 UV flatbed printers and the UJV500-160 UV roll-to-roll printer. It supplies and controls the power for the UV curing lamps on the carriage, switching them on and off and regulating their output according to the print mode selected by the printer. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.
If the driver board fails, the UV lamps may not light at all, may light only on one side, may flicker or switch off during printing, or the printer may show UV lamp or UV unit errors. The visible result is ink that stays wet or tacky, poor adhesion, uneven gloss and smearing. When the lamps themselves and their cables have been checked, replacing the driver board is the usual repair to restore reliable curing.
