Original Mimaki JFX200-2513 / JFX500-2131 / UJV500 Y-Axis Drive Pulley – M207850

The M207850 is the Y-axis drive pulley (drive wheel) used on Mimaki JFX200-2513 and JFX500-2131 flatbed printers and the UJV500 series. Working together with the Y-axis drive belt, it transfers the motion of the drive motor to the carriage, so the print heads move across the media smoothly and at a precise speed. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

A drive pulley wears gradually as the belt runs over it. Worn teeth, a loose fit on the shaft or damage after a carriage crash can cause belt slipping, noise during scanning, uneven carriage speed, position errors and banding or misaligned printing. When you replace the Y-axis belt it is good practice to check the pulley too, because a worn pulley will quickly damage a new belt.
