The M018701 Tank Assy is the ink tank (sub tank) assembly used on Mimaki JFX200, UJF-6042MkII, UJF-3042MkII, UJF-7151, UCJV300 and UCJV150 printers. It is also listed under the code M016020. It stores a small amount of ink close to the print heads and helps keep the ink supply and pressure stable while printing, so the heads receive a steady flow of ink. Over time a tank assembly can leak at its joints, its internal parts can be blocked by settled or cured ink, or it can be damaged during service.
