Original Mimaki JV300 / JV150 / CJV150 / UCJV300 / TS300P Filter Sponge – SPA-0249

SPA-0249 is the original filter sponge for Mimaki JV300, JV150, CJV150, UCJV300 and TS300P printers. This foam filter traps ink mist and dust from the air flow in the printer, helping to keep the inside of the machine, the encoder parts and the electronics clean. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

The filter sponge is a consumable maintenance item. As it fills up with ink mist and dust it becomes dark and stiff, air flow is reduced and the filtering effect is lost. Ink mist can then settle on the carriage, the encoder strip, the media and the covers, leading to dirty prints, encoder problems and extra cleaning work. Replacing the filter sponge regularly, as part of routine maintenance, is a simple and inexpensive way to keep the printer clean and reliable.
