The E301115 is a long 30-pin flat cable (FFC) for Mimaki JV300, JV150, CJV300 and CJV150 printers. With a length of 350 cm it is the main flat cable that runs through the cable carrier, carrying signals between the main electronics and the carriage while the carriage moves across the full printing width. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

Because the cable bends with every carriage pass, the conductors can eventually crack, and the contacts can be damaged by ink or careless handling. A failing flat cable typically causes intermittent errors that appear only at certain carriage positions, communication or carriage errors, missing colours or heads, random nozzle dropouts and garbled printing. Replacing the cable with the correct original length and pin count is the reliable fix and protects the boards at both ends.
