The SPA-0326 wiper cleaning brush (original name: Wiper Block Maintenance Brush) is a maintenance part for the Mimaki Tiger-1800B high-speed textile printer. In the maintenance station, the brush cleans ink and residue from the wiper after it wipes the printheads, so that the wiper stays clean for the next cleaning cycle. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

On a production printer like the Tiger-1800B, the maintenance unit works constantly. After a period of use the bristles become worn, bent or clogged with dried ink and can no longer clean the wiper. A dirty wiper then smears ink across the nozzle plates, which causes missing nozzles, deflected jets and dirty prints.
