Original Mimaki TS300P Cap Absorber – M802455

The M802455 is the cap absorber for the Mimaki TS300P sublimation printer. This sponge pad sits in the capping station area and soaks up the ink that is discharged during head cleaning and flushing, keeping the caps and the surrounding parts clean. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

The absorber is a consumable. When it is saturated or has dried hard with ink, it can no longer take up waste ink, and ink may build up around the caps, drip onto the media or be pulled back onto the head surface. Typical results are dirty prints, poor capping, missing nozzles after cleaning and a messy maintenance station. Replacing the absorber at regular maintenance intervals keeps the capping station working as designed and helps protect your print heads.
