The Mimaki M012494 Stagger Adjustment Assy is a carriage part for the TX500 and TS500 textile and sublimation printers. It is the mechanical adjuster used to set the stagger, the relative position of the print heads on the carriage, so that the heads line up correctly with each other during printing. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

Replace this assembly when the adjuster is worn, bent, seized or broken, when the head position can no longer be set or does not hold after adjustment, or after a carriage crash.
