Mimaki E301400 Overview
The E301400 negative pressure sensor is used in the ink supply system of the Mimaki UCJV300 UV print-and-cut printer. It measures the slight vacuum that holds the ink meniscus in the printhead nozzles, so that the controller can keep the pressure within the correct range. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.
If the sensor drifts or fails, the printer can no longer control the negative pressure correctly. Typical symptoms are negative pressure errors on the panel, ink dripping from the nozzle plate, heads that lose ink and show many missing nozzles, or a supply system that keeps trying to adjust without success. After checking tubes, valves and the pump for leaks, replacing the sensor restores stable pressure control.
