Original Mimaki UCJV300 / UJV100 / UJF-3042 Ink Cartridge Valve – M015864

The Mimaki M015864 ink cartridge valve is part of the ink supply system, at the point where the ink cartridge connects to the printer. It opens the ink path when a cartridge is installed and seals it when the cartridge is removed. Mimaki lists it as the TS Cartridge Valve Assy, and the related code M026750 is also listed for this part. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

With repeated cartridge changes the valve seal can wear, harden or become contaminated with dried ink. Typical signs are ink leaking around the cartridge slot, air entering the supply line, ink end or supply errors although the cartridge is full, and weak ink flow to one colour. Replacing the valve restores a clean, sealed connection and a stable ink supply to the sub tank or damper.
