Original Mimaki UJF-3042MkII / UJF-6042MkII Air Solenoid Valve Set – E301282

The Mimaki E301282 is an air solenoid valve set that the original listing gives for the JV300 and JV150 printers. It combines a 3-way 2-station valve block with a 2-way 4-station valve block. These electrically controlled valves open and close air paths on command from the control board, as part of the air and pressure circuits used by the ink supply system. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

Solenoid valves can stick, leak or stop switching because of wear, contamination or a failed coil. Possible symptoms are ink supply or pressure errors on the panel, ink not filling or holding correctly, ink dripping from the heads, unstable printing and maintenance functions that fail to complete. You may also hear the valve click without any change in pressure. Replacing the valve set with the genuine part restores proper air control in one repair.
