This servo board, Roland part number 6702048000 (ASSY,SERVO BOARD XF-640), is fitted to the SOLJET PRO4 XF-640, the SOLJET EJ-640 and the Texart XT-640 64-inch production printers, which share the same chassis electronics. This is a genuine, original Roland part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

On these high-speed printers the servo board drives the heavy carriage and the media feed motor with closed-loop encoder control. A faulty board is usually behind motor errors on the display, a carriage that judders or stops mid-pass, feed inaccuracy that shows up as banding, or the machine shutting down during initialization.
