Roland heater control board 6000004107, part name ASSY,HEATER CONTROL BOARD EJ-640_01, is used in the SOLJET EJ-640, the Texart XT-640 and the TrueVIS VG-640 and VG-540 printer/cutters from specific serial ranges. This is a genuine, original Roland part – not a copy or compatible replacement.
The board regulates the pre-heater, print heater and dryer, reading the temperature sensors and switching power to each heater zone. When it fails, one or more heaters may stay cold or overheat, heater errors appear on the panel, media can wrinkle, and ink may not dry properly, leaving smearing or bleeding on finished prints.
