Original Roland XD-CH2 Blade Holder for GX-500 / GS-24 / GX-24 / CX-500 Cutters

The Roland XD-CH2 is a blade holder for CAMM-1 cutting plotters that use the standard Roland ZEC-U series blades. It fits the GX-500, CX-500, GS-24, GX-24 and the SV-8, SV-12 and SV-15, which makes it a useful spare for shops running a mix of older and newer Roland cutters. This is a genuine, original Roland part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

The blade holder holds the blade upright in the carriage and sets how much of the tip extends from the cap. Over time the bearing inside can wear or the cap can be damaged, so the blade no longer rotates freely. The result is jagged edges, corners that stay attached, uneven cutting depth or cuts that score the backing sheet. Fitting a fresh holder is often the quickest way to bring cut quality back.
