Roland part 22805624 (ASSY,FEED MOTOR GX-24) is the media feed motor for the CAMM-1 GX-24. It turns the grit roller that pulls vinyl in and out of the cutter, so any problem with this motor shows up directly in the accuracy of your cuts. This is a genuine, original Roland part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

The GX-24 has been a workhorse in sign shops for many years, and its feed motor eventually wears. Signs of a failing motor include a motor error on start-up or during a job, media that jerks or stops instead of moving smoothly, unusual noise from the drive side, lettering that is distorted in the feed direction and cuts that slowly drift on long jobs. Because Roland has stopped producing this motor, it is worth securing one while stock remains.
