Seiko 1024GS Printhead Overview
The Seiko 1024GS is a grayscale piezoelectric printhead built for industrial printing. With its stable ink delivery and long service life, it is widely used in solvent and UV printing equipment. The printhead comes with a built-in damper assembly and nozzle guard, and carries the original part number IEA1024N07-2F01
Structure and Features
The printhead features a dual-side ink heating system at its base, with temperature adjustable between 20°C and 45°C to help keep ink flowing smoothly
