Is the DX5 original and brand new?

We recommend it. New head cables, dampers, and a clean capping station help protect the new head and avoid problems later.
How is the DX5 packed and shipped?
Each head ships in the original sealed Epson box and is usually sent by DHL or FedEx. Other couriers are available if needed.
