Part 21505116 (ROLLER,FD12S4(B4.6C5) TW) is the roller fitted to the pinch roller arms of the Roland CAMM-1 GX-24 and GS-24 desktop cutters and the VersaStudio BN-20 desktop printer/cutter. It presses the media onto the grit roller so the material moves exactly as the machine commands. This is a genuine, original Roland part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

Over time the roller surface wears, hardens or becomes coated with adhesive, and its bearing can start to stick. The roller then loses grip and the media slips or wanders: long jobs drift sideways, contour cuts no longer match the printed image on the BN-20, the machine reports media errors or the roller leaves marks on the material. Replacing worn rollers in pairs gives even pressure on both edges of the media.
