Konica Minolta KM HS2000 printhead is a piezoelectric drop-on-demand printhead featuring a multi-line structure and an independently driven nozzle system. It serves as a replacement for the KM1024i SHE 6pl printhead

• Independent Multi-Row Drive Structure Printhead
  Unlike conventional shared drive methods, this head adopts an independent drive for all 1024 nozzles. With 256 nozzles × 4 rows arranged at high density, it improves nozzle positioning accuracy and enables high-precision printing.
• Maximum Drive Frequency of 45 kHz (Approx. 3 Times Higher than KM1024 Series)
  By adopting an independent drive system, the head achieves a maximum drive frequency of 45 kHz, about three times that of the KM1024 series. This makes it ideal for industrial high-speed, high-precision inkjet printing applications.
• Stable Jetting Performance and Superior Ink Resistance
  Designed for long-term industrial use, the KM1024 head offers stable jetting performance and an ink-resistant structure. It also features an ink circulation design that helps prevent clogging and supports smooth ink flow.
