Mimaki M018821 Printhead Overview
M018821 is an original printhead assembly released by Mimaki, officially replacing the two earlier part numbers, M008386 and KX-CE308644CS-CE4. The latest material code is now CE4N, which is fully compatible with the previous-generation CE4 in both function and interface, allowing direct, one-to-one replacement. The printhead itself is built on the Toshiba CE4/CE4N series chip and is manufactured in Japan, ensuring reliable quality and stable performance.
Please note that this product does not include a metal mounting bracket. When replacing the printhead, you can simply remove the metal bracket from the original head and continue using it—the process is straightforward and does not affect installation.
