The Mimaki SPB-0006 is a 60° swivel blade designed for cutting reflective film, supplied as a box of 2 blades. A swivel blade sits in the blade holder of a cutting plotter with its tip slightly offset from the centre, so it turns freely and follows the direction of the cut. The steeper 60° angle suits thicker, tougher materials such as reflective sheeting. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

Replace the blade when cuts become ragged or incomplete, when corners are rounded or torn, when the material lifts during weeding, or when you need to increase cutting force a lot to get through the film. Using the correct blade angle for reflective film also reduces wear on the cutting strip.
