Mimaki SPB-0001 Overview
The Mimaki SPB-0001 is an original swivel blade with a 30° cutting angle and a 0.3 mm offset, supplied as a set of 3 blades. It is made for cutting standard self-adhesive media such as vinyl and small sign sheets on Mimaki cutting plotters and print-and-cut printers, including the CG-SRII cutters and the cutting heads of the CJV30, CJV150 and CJV300. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.
Blades lose their edge gradually, so cut quality drops before the blade visibly breaks. Replace the blade when the film is no longer cut through cleanly, when weeding becomes difficult, when small letters and corners tear or lift, or when you have to keep raising the cutting pressure. Because the offset is 0.3 mm, set the blade offset in the cutter to match, so that corners and closing points meet as intended.
