Original Mimaki CG-130SRII / CG-130AR Cutting Strip (Pen Line Rubber) – SPC-0599

The SPC-0599 pen line rubber is the cutting strip for the Mimaki CG-130SRII and CG-130AR cutting plotters. It runs along the platen directly under the blade path and gives the blade a firm, slightly soft surface to cut against, so the blade cuts through the vinyl but not through the backing paper. It is supplied as a box of 2 strips. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

With use, the blade gradually cuts grooves into the strip, and high pressure or pen plotting can leave dents. A worn strip gives uneven cutting depth, uncut sections along the same line, cut-through backing paper and faster blade wear. If you see these problems even with a fresh blade and correct pressure settings, replace the cutting strip. It is a simple, low-cost service item that makes a big difference to cutting quality.
