Original Mimaki CG-60AR / CG-100AR / CG-130AR Pinch Roller Wheel Kit – SPC-0746

The Mimaki SPC-0746 is the pinch roller wheel kit for the CG-60AR, CG-100AR and CG-130AR cutting plotters. It also fits many other Mimaki cutters: the CG-EX series (CG-60EX, CG-100EX, CG-130EX), the CG-SR / SRII / SRIII series, the CG-60SL and CG-60ST, and the CG-FX and CG-FXII series. The pinch roller wheels are the rubber rollers that press the media against the grit roller, so that the cutter can move the media forwards and backwards precisely while cutting. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

The rubber of the wheels wears, flattens or hardens over time, and adhesive from vinyl can build up on it. Worn wheels lose grip, so the media can slip or drift sideways. Typical symptoms are cut lines that do not close, contour cuts out of register with the print, media walking off the rollers on long jobs, and visible roller marks. Replacing only the wheels is a cost-effective way to restore grip without changing the complete clamp assembly.
