Original Mimaki CJV30 / JV33 Capping Station Absorber Pads – SPA-0161

The Mimaki SPA-0161 cap pads are the absorber sponges that sit inside the caps of the capping station on CJV30 and JV33 printers. When the carriage parks, the caps close over the print heads, and the absorber collects the ink that is sucked out during cleaning and flushing. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

Replace the pads when they are saturated, hardened or contaminated with dried ink and dust. Old pads can stop the caps from sealing well, which leads to dry or clogged nozzles after the printer has been idle, weak cleaning results and ink overflowing in the capping area.
