Original Mimaki CJV30 / UJV100 / UCJV300 Media Cutter Blade – SPA-0107

The Mimaki SPA-0107 is the media cutter blade fitted to the carriage of many Mimaki roll-to-roll printers, including the JV3, JV33, JV400, CJV30, CJV150, TS3, TS30, TS300, UCJV150 and UCJV300. After a print is finished, the carriage moves across the media and this blade cuts the printed sheet off the roll, so the operator does not need to trim it by hand. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

The blade is a wear part. A dull or chipped blade leaves ragged or incomplete cuts, drags or tears the media, pulls it out of position, or fails to cut thick and laminated materials at all. Media jams at the end of a job and frayed edges on finished prints are typical signs that the blade needs changing. Fitting a new genuine blade restores clean, straight cuts and protects the media and carriage from unnecessary strain.
