Original Mimaki CJV330-160 / TS330-1600 / JV330-160 Sponge Kit – SPC-0905

The Mimaki SPC-0905 sponge kit contains original replacement sponges for the CJV330-160, TS330-1600 and JV330-160 printers. These sponges absorb waste ink released during head cleaning, flushing and maintenance, so that ink is held in place instead of running into the machine. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

Sponges gradually become saturated and crusted with dried ink. Once full, they stop absorbing, and ink can overflow, drip onto the media, get onto the wiper and caps, or reach mechanics and sensors. Replace the sponges when they look saturated, when you see ink drips around the maintenance area, or as part of the regular maintenance schedule. A complete kit makes it easy to renew all the sponges at the same time.
