The Mimaki JV33/JV5 original printhead (part number M007947) is designed for Mimaki CJV, JV33, and JV5 solvent printer series.
It delivers high-resolution 1440 dpi printing with 8 nozzle lines (corresponding to 8 individual ink channels) and 180 nozzles per line, for a total of 1440 nozzles.
This advanced printhead supports eco-solvent and mild solvent inks, enabling high-speed and high-quality output. It offers variable drop printing with a minimum drop size of 1.5 picoliters and a maximum drop size of 21 picoliters.
Typical firing frequency is 8 kHz.
Delivered in sealed original packaging, each printhead comes with a head ID. Please note: this model does not include the head memory board for Mimaki printers, but the existing board from your old printhead can be safely reused.
The Mimaki green board version is SKU M007947, while the Mutoh ValueJet 1604 compatible version is SKU DF-49684.
If you don’t need the memory board, you can purchase the version without it, which is also cheaper.
