Mimaki UJV100-160 Printhead Assembly MP-M027970

Part No. MP-M027970 (replaces the older part number M026059) is an original Mimaki UV printhead assembly for the Mimaki UJV100-160 / UJV100-160plus UV-LED roll-to-roll printers.

The UJV100-160 is part of Mimaki’s “100 Series” of UV-LED roll-to-roll printers. Equipped with two newly developed printheads, the UJV100-160 is a UV-curable inkjet printer designed for high image quality, high productivity, and stable operation. In addition to the NCU (Nozzle Check Unit), NRS (Nozzle Recovery System), and MAPS4, the new 100 Series also incorporates the DAS (Dot Adjustment System). It achieves a maximum print speed of approximately 23 m²/h, and because no drying time is required, lamination or installation can be carried out immediately after printing

The NCU (Nozzle Check Unit) automatically detects the condition of each nozzle and performs a cleaning when a missing nozzle is detected. If the nozzle still does not work, the NRS (Nozzle Recovery System) automatically substitutes another functioning nozzle, helping maintain consistent print quality and reducing downtime

MP-M027970 also supersedes the earlier M024721. We recommend replacing the head cables at the same time as the head.
