Original Mimaki JFX200 / JV330 / CJV330 Laser Encoder Optical Fiber Cable – MP-AYG4V1F06HW1

The MP-AYG4V1F06HW1 is the optical fiber cable used by the laser encoder system on a wide range of Mimaki printers, from the JFX200, JV330 and CJV330 to the UJF, TS and TX series. It replaces the old part number E301094. It carries the position signal between the encoder sensor and the control electronics, so the printer always knows exactly where the carriage and print heads are during each scan. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

Because the cable follows the moving carriage thousands of times a day, the fiber can eventually crack, get pinched or be damaged during maintenance work. Typical symptoms of a faulty encoder fiber cable are encoder or position errors on the operation panel, the carriage stopping during initialization, misaligned or doubled printing, and banding that cannot be corrected by head alignment. Fitting a new original cable restores a clean, stable encoder signal and accurate dot placement.
