Mimaki M016018 Overview
The M016018 LED glass PR-Assy is the protective glass assembly mounted in front of the UV LED lamp on the carriage of the Mimaki JFX200 flatbed UV printer. The related code M015059 is also listed for this item. The glass lets the UV light through to cure the ink and protects the LED elements from ink mist and dust. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.
During printing, fine ink mist reaches the glass and cures on its surface. Over time this layer, together with scratches from cleaning, reduces the UV output that reaches the media. You may notice sticky or under-cured prints, lower gloss, poor adhesion or the need to slow down printing. Replacing the LED glass assembly is much cheaper than replacing the lamp and restores full curing power.
