Original Mimaki JFX200 / UJF-3042MkII Float Switch – E302019

The E302019 float switch is a liquid level sensor used in Mimaki UV printers: the UJF-A3MkII, UJF-3042MkII and UJF-6042MkII benchtop flatbeds, the UJF-MkII e series and the JFX200 large flatbed. A small float moves with the liquid level inside a tank and switches a contact, telling the printer whether the tank is full or empty so it can control filling or warn the operator. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

Float switches can stick when ink or deposits dry around the float, and the contact or cable can fail after long use. Typical symptoms are a level warning that does not clear, a tank that overfills or runs empty without warning, or a supply sequence that stops with an error. Cleaning sometimes helps, but a worn or damaged switch should be replaced so that the level control works reliably again.
