Mimaki E111992 Overview
The E111992 IO Board is the input/output control board for Mimaki JV100-160, UJV100-160, TS100-1600 and UDJ-2207 printers. E111992 is the current code; E111636 is the old code for this board. The IO board connects the main control electronics with many peripheral devices of the printer, such as sensors, motors, fans, heaters or valves, reading their signals and switching their outputs. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.
When an IO board fails, several unrelated functions can stop at the same time, which makes the fault confusing to diagnose. Typical symptoms include sensor errors, motors or fans that do not run, heater or ink supply errors, and a printer that stops during initialization with an I/O-related error. Overloads, shorts in connected devices and ink contamination are common causes. Check the connected devices before installing a new board.
