The Mimaki E105304 is the positive pressure sensor board for UJF-3042MkII, UJF-6042MkII, UJF-3042MkII e and UJF-6042MkII e flatbed UV printers (original name: Positive Pressure Sensor PCB Assy). These printers control ink pressure in the supply system, and this board measures the positive pressure and reports it to the controller so the printer can keep the ink supply to the heads stable. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

If the pressure sensor board fails or gives incorrect readings, the printer may show pressure or ink supply errors, refuse to start printing, push ink out of the nozzles unexpectedly, or let nozzles starve and drop out. Check the tubes and connections for leaks first. If the system is tight and the error persists, replacing the sensor board usually restores correct pressure control.
