Original Mimaki JV150 / JV300 / CJV150 / CJV300 Main Board to Carriage Board Cable – E107986

The Mimaki E107986 is the SL2H Cable Assy that connects the EPL2 main board to the carriage (slider) board on the JV150, JV300, CJV150 and CJV300 printers. It runs along the cable guide and flexes with every movement of the carriage, carrying print data and control signals from the main electronics to the print heads and carriage components. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

Because the cable bends constantly, it can wear, crack internally or be damaged by ink and by careless reconnection. A faulty cable causes head errors, heads or colours that stop printing, random lines of missing nozzles that move around, carriage communication errors and faults that appear only at certain carriage positions. Replacing the cable is an inexpensive first step before changing boards or heads, and it often removes intermittent faults completely.
