The Mimaki M015181 Y Drive Pulley Assy is part of the carriage (Y-axis) drive system of the JV150, JV300, CJV150 and CJV300 printers. The pulley guides and tensions the Y drive belt that pulls the carriage across the printer, so it must turn freely and stay perfectly aligned. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.
Replace the pulley assembly when it makes grinding or squeaking noises, when its bearing is worn or has play, when the belt runs off-centre or wears quickly, or when the carriage moves unevenly and causes banding or Y-axis errors.
