Original Mimaki JV3-160S / JV3-160SP / JV3-250SP Y-Axis Small Pulley – M004368

The Mimaki M004368 is the small pulley in the Y-axis drive of the JV3-160S, JV3-160SP and JV3-250SP printers. On the JV3 the Y axis is the carriage axis, and this toothed pulley works with the drive belt to transfer motion from the Y motor to the carriage. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

Replace the pulley when its teeth are worn or damaged, when it is loose on the shaft, or when the belt slips, jumps teeth or wears quickly. Symptoms include clicking or grinding noise, jerky carriage motion, banding, bidirectional misalignment and Y-axis errors. It is good practice to inspect the pulley whenever the Y belt is replaced.
