Original Mimaki LED Mist Filter – M021054

The Mimaki M021054 LED mist filter is used with the UV LED unit of Mimaki UV printers. During printing, fine ink mist is produced around the print heads; this filter captures the mist in the air flow around the LED unit so it does not settle on the lamp or nearby parts. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

The mist filter is a consumable part. Replace it when it is visibly dirty, clogged or saturated with ink, when airflow around the UV unit is reduced, or when ink deposits start to build up on the LED window and curing becomes weaker. A clean filter helps the UV LED unit run cooler and cure consistently, and it reduces the cleaning work needed on the carriage.
