The Mimaki M015931 Ink Tank Assy is the sub tank used in the TS300P-1800 sublimation printer and the TX300P-1800 textile printer. Mounted in the ink path before the print head, it stores a small amount of ink and keeps the supply pressure to the head stable, so the nozzles fire consistently during printing. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

Replace the sub tank when it leaks, when the printer reports ink supply or sub tank errors, when the tank does not fill or overfills, or when air keeps entering the ink path and causes nozzle dropouts. Cracks, worn seals and faults in the level detection inside the tank are the usual reasons for replacement. After installation, fill the tank and purge air from the line before printing.
