Original Mimaki TS330 / JV330 / CJV330 / UCJV330 Ink Damper – M028290

The Mimaki M028290 ink damper is fitted on the carriage of the 330 series printers – TS330, CJV330, JV330 and UCJV330 – in the ink line just before the print head. It absorbs pressure changes caused by carriage movement and ink flow, so the head receives a steady, bubble-free ink supply. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

Replace the damper when nozzles keep dropping out after cleaning, when air appears in the ink line, when ink drips from the head or when the damper leaks or looks swollen. Dampers are also commonly replaced together with a new print head, or when changing to another ink type, to avoid contamination and pressure problems.
