Mimaki M018621 Overview
The M018621 hot water heater assy is the heating unit assembly of the Mimaki UJF-3042MkII, UJF-3042MkII e, UJF-6042MkII and UJF-6042MkII e UV flatbed printers. It heats the circulating water used to bring the ink and printheads to the correct working temperature, which keeps the ink viscosity stable for consistent jetting. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.
UV inks are sensitive to temperature. If the heater fails or heats unevenly, the printer may show heater or temperature errors, take a long time to become ready, or print with unstable droplets, causing banding, missing nozzles or colour shifts, especially in a cold room. Heater elements and their sensors can burn out or become unreliable after years of use. Replacing the complete original assembly restores proper temperature control.
