Original Mimaki UJF-7151 Plus Cap Slider – M604315

The Mimaki M604315 cap slider is the moving base of the capping station on the UJF-7151 Plus flatbed UV printer. The head caps sit on this slider; when the carriage returns to its home position, the slider moves the caps up against the printhead nozzle plates so the heads are sealed while the printer is idle and during cleaning. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

Replace the cap slider when it is cracked, broken, worn or stuck with cured UV ink. A faulty slider stops the caps from meeting the heads squarely, which leads to poor suction during head cleaning, drying nozzles, missing nozzles after the printer has been idle and ink leaking in the station. Because UV ink hardens over time, a slider with built-up ink is usually better replaced than cleaned.
