The Mimaki E108983 is the MN-SL Connection Cable Assy for the UJF-A3 MkII, UJF-6042 MkII and UJF-3042 MkII UV flatbed printers. As the name indicates, it is the connection cable between the MN and SL sides of the printer electronics, carrying signals between these boards; cables that follow the moving carriage are flexed thousands of times and wear over the years. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

Replace the cable when the printer shows communication or head errors, when faults come and go as the carriage moves, or when the cable insulation or connectors are cracked, burned or contaminated with ink.
