The M601914 Wiper Pulley B (original Mimaki name: Wiper Pulley B Fit) is a pulley in the wiper drive of the maintenance station. It is shared by a wide range of Mimaki printers: YG500, UJV500, the TX500PDS, TX500P, TX500DS and TX400 textile printers, the TS500 sublimation printer and the SWJ-320. Together with the drive belt it moves the wiper that cleans ink and debris off the printhead nozzle plates during head cleaning. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

Ink, dust and wear build up on the pulley over time. A worn, cracked or dirty pulley lets the belt slip or makes the wiper move unevenly. Symptoms include wiper errors, noisy or jerky wiper movement, incomplete wiping that leaves ink on the nozzle plate, and nozzles that drop out again soon after cleaning. Replacing the pulley, preferably together with worn wiper blades, restores smooth and consistent head cleaning.
